Fabrice Pierron, R&D Director at MatchID, will be at the Research Institute in Civil and Mechanical Engineering (GeM) at the invitation of the MELANI research group. Fabrice Pierron specialises in integrating kinematic field measurements into innovative mechanical testing procedures for materials and structures. He maintains an academic activity through visiting professorships at the Universities of Southampton and Ghent. His talk will focus on 'Uncertainty in Digital Image Correlation'. The seminar will be held on Thursday 6 March at 2:00 pm at Centrale Nantes in lecture theatre S (1 rue de la Noë, 44300 Nantes). It is open to all. Learn more on the GeM website
