Abdelhamid HAFIDI won 1st prize in the ‘Je vends mon projet en 180s’ (3 minutes to pitch your project) competition during the 'Semaine du Béton 2025' (Concrete Week 2025). This competition challenged researchers and engineers to present their research project in three minutes in a clear, concise and captivating manner.

Rana Al Nemer, postdoctoral researcher at the GeM in the Environmental Geomechanics Research Group, received the Best Poster Award at the ALERT Geomaterials workshop held in Aussois from 25-27 September 2023, for her poster titled “Multiphase Flow through a Granular Material under Hydro-Mechanical Loading.”
